  • Upon an HR Compliance & Policy Review and/or Benefit Analysis, we recommend ongoing Fractional HR support with a flat monthly fee.

    Month-to-month, no long-term commitment required.

    Services include hiring/interviewing support, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, day-to-day operations and handbook maintenance.

    • Core - 16 hours / month

    • Growth - 24 hours / month
