“I've spent almost 20 years in HR working in companies across legal, private equity, AEC, pharmaceutical and life sciences industries, ranging from domestic operations to international teams across the EU and UK. In that time, I have built HR infrastructure from scratch, managed HRIS implementations, established international subsidiaries, been responsible for employee relations & conflict resolution, restructured benefit offerings and developed mentorship and professional/personal development programs. What I love most about my work has never been the policies or the paperwork. It's building something from the ground up and watching it actually work. I love to see companies grow with employees who feel supported, clear on expectations, and set up to succeed.

That's what led me to start Caliber. Most small businesses don't have anyone in their corner making sure the foundation is solid. I've seen what happens when HR is reactive instead of proactive, and I've seen how much changes when it's done right from the start. Something personal about me

“I believe in building relationships and you can’t do that without knowing something personal about a person.. I’ll go first! I’m an NYPD Auxiliary Police Officer (volunteer), I’ve trained in Krav Maga/martial arts and I have a (too-attached) border-collie. Your turn!”
